ArtSpell invites you to harness the power of the season as you move through your own threshold, illuminating what is ready to be released, uncovering what is ready to grow, and taking the courageous steps toward the life that is calling you.
Here, therapy meets magic. Art becomes ritual. The wisdom of the moon becomes a guide.
This is a space to explore yourself through creativity, spirituality, ritual, meditation, tarot, therapeutic practices and elemental magic while being held in community with other women who are moving through change of their own.
You might be in the middle of a breakup.
A pivot.
An ending.
A beginning.
You might simply have that quiet, persistent knowing that something has to change.
ArtSpell is for that moment.
You do not have to know exactly where you are going.
You only have to be willing to begin moving.

Over six gatherings, we will work with the lunar cycle and the elements as a map for moving through change.

THERAPY MEETS MAGIC
ArtSpell is a therapeutic art group that draws from Rebecca's background as a licensed mental health therapist and board certified art therapist.
Therapeutic practices and interventions are woven together with art, meditation, ritual, tarot, spirituality and magical workings.
This is not formal psychotherapy and is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment.
It is a creative therapeutic container for women who want to explore change through a deeper, more expansive lens.
You do not need to be an artist.
You do not need to know anything about tarot.
You do not need to identify as a witch.
You simply need to feel the pull.
